Dear Member:
If a member is not a natural person (such as a school, church, association, or corporate owned commercial account) and the member wishes to vote at the Annual Meeting, the member must authorize in writing an officer or designated representative to vote on its behalf and is effective until revoked in writing.
Individual members who are unable to attend the Annual Meeting also may authorize a person to vote on his/her/their behalf. No individual member can be designated as proxy for more than three individual members. No individual member proxy shall be valid after one (1) year from the date it was made.
The authorization must be received by the Cooperative no later than the start of the Annual Meeting on June 5. You may hand deliver the completed form or send it by regular mail or email to jamip@lyrec.com.
